wenying's the Annotation of Han Shu, which has been lost long, is very important among the Han Shu Commentaries before the Tang Dynasty. And it has always been attached much weight to by scholars. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, Yang Shoujing had attempted to compile it, but it had been lost completely.During the Republic of China, Mr Peng Zhongdou and Mr Cen Zhongmian had also tried, but not handed down. So this paper aims to achieve it.After combing seventy documents before the Song and Yuan Dynasty, about Wen ying's Annotation I totally attain 296 pieces. And each one of them is returned to the explained statements in wen ying of the present edition by careful and textual criticism, and is arranged in order of the emergence of volumes and statements. In terms of my research, this is the first reduction, so I hope it would bring more value and insight to the field. The dissertation collects the early achievements made so far on wen yingby both ancient and modern scholars and supplies them; The dissertation discusses the traits of wen ying's annotation also. All of these will provide certain help for the further research.
