BBS system based on telnet agreement has been applied in university and even wider Internet area, playing an important role in such aspects as information interchange; at the same time, with the development of communication technology, SMS business has been used more and more extensively by people. But at present, the technological development that can connect these two fields is far from being enough, therefore, the study on the inter-components demonstrates far-reaching meaning and value.In this case, based on the theory and framework of BBS system and SMS gateway interface, combined the theory with practice, the author analyzes them systematically in using of existing technology, then implements the systematic development of PBTS and through system test, receives a lot of important theory data and satisfactory application result. The paper demonstrates through practice that under telnet agreement a MEDIUM can be constructed between BBS system and SMS gateway interface to link them as a whole organic system so as to improve the system's practicability, flexibility and expansibility. The concrete works are as follows:First of all, to explain the subject's selecting background. That is to summarize the development of Internet and communication technology, then put forward the research direction, research meaning and research approach, etc., which expatiates the research goal and implementing route of the design of PBTS between BBS and GSM based on telnet agreement, and on the premise of generally understanding the subject, also briefly introduces the PBTS platform and relevant theory, such as telnet agreement, SMS technology, so as to establish the basic theoretical foundation. Second, to design the function and the applying technology of PBTS to guide the subject research. In this core section, the author thoroughly describes the design of the system platform and applies various sentences of ASP to design different function module systems. Because PBTS are open and PLACED in Internet border, the paper particularly demonstrates its security system. At last, to complete the overall construction of PBTS platform after the description of the interface switch design, and demonstrates with a case tested.
