Tourism Information System (TIS) is a new inter-subject that describes collection, storage, process, dispose, analyses and export tourism information. it is a decision-making system and a technical system. This system is based on digital tourism information, introduce geo-model analytic method, and provide multi-tourism information timely and dynamic. It is cyber-technical systems that provide decision-making manage for department of tourism and service for society.Tourism Resource Research and Assess System (TRRAS) is one of TISs (Tourism Information System). It is accomplishes complicated tourism resource and assess automatically or semiautomatic by memory object's information about natural, humanism, socioeconomic etc. And it is also combine mathematic model, policy, rule of law, technology of calculator,GIS, realization tourism resource' s manage, analyses and application. It is sustains Tourism Planning Management System,Scenery Spot Information Query System,Tourism Statistic and Analysis System etc.Nowadays, study and construct about Tourism Information System is only on the initial stage but nicer outset. This article introduces relevant theory and method of Tourism Resource System. Meanwhile, build relevant mathematical model based on Analytical Hierarchy Process found on weight analysis and decision-making. Then, After analyses tourism resource of study area, put the possibility and feasibility of build Tourism Resource Research and Assess System. And study build Tourism Resource Research and Assess System base on GIS, include system's design as a whole, empolder project, design of system function module. Finally, summarize the study achievement, problem, later research point and analysis of prospect.
