Design And Development Of Social Insurance Management Information System

Social insurance is to offer laborers basic guarantee of living.It is the main body and core of current social guarantee system.And Social Insurance Management Information System(SI-MIS) is a necessary measure for effective management of social insurance transaction,computerized social insurance management become of great importance increasingly.The dissertation is finished on the base of work which author has done in ChuangZhi Heyu company.The basic concepts,primary characters and key techniques of SI-MIS and the social insurance are described firstly.Then some technologies of computer about SI-MIS are introduced briefly,then this dissertation analyze the excellence and disadvantage of these technologies.The dissertation expatiate the collective object and request about the system firstly in analyzing the operation flow of social insurance industry.So we can have a realization about frame class of whole operation flow.Then the dissertation introduce the operation flow in two parts which is operate and commonality.And the operation flow which has been actualized in the system can be analyzed in three aspects which includes commonality operation,enjoying deal operation,querying function.So we have a grasping of collectivity and detail about social insurance system through these analysis.Based on deep going analyzing of current SI-MIS operation flow ,this Paper presents researching issues on the System Structure,System Architecture,Functional Design,Network Structure and Database Design of SI-MIS.Being a excellent SI-MIS,the system's aspect design servers the go on wheels of operation.We must definitude that the operation is the core of system.As needed by operation,this dissertation analyze the capability of system to validate that this system's applicability for the social insurance industry.After the introducing of the system,the Paper select three modules which are commonality operation,enjoying deal operation,query function for introducing.And the Paper emphases introduce the unemployment fingerprint module which developed by the author . The particular requirement and operation flow and idiographic operation windows are described in this paper.It makes the SI-MIS becomes the one of systems which actualized the unemployment fingerprint register firstly.
