In recent years, embedded technique and trunking communications have developped rapidly. MAP27, as one of the protocols about trunking communications, is defined by UADG, and this standard specifies an interface between mobile radio and data terminal equipment. Radio units and trunking system controllers may send SST and voice call through MAP27. Embedded implementation for MAP27 protocol is of great significance.This thesis introduces and analyzes uC/OS-II of the real-time OS, which is a highly portable, romable, very scalable and preemptive real-time multitasking kernel (RTOS), and also makes a study of transplanting of uC/OS-II on P89C669. The author analyzes physical layer, link layer and network layer of MAP27. Data frames of link layer and data messages of network are also studied in detail. Finally the author makes a further study on how to implement MAP27 protocol in an embedded system.Communication of radio units and trunking system controllers will be made real-time, steady and efficient when embedded systems of MAP27 are implemented.
