The rapid developing the Internet today, the network applies more widely in aspects ofInformation distribution. With the incensement of heterogeneous data, Informationdistribution in Web has two problems: how to get data and exchange data , how to exhibitthe data by the animated graphics.This paper puts forward real time information distribution model based on SVG. . It canresolve the these problems: All the heterogeneous data are converted into XML data .Theclient-side of the Web is designed based on SVG vector data to guarantee theinteraction .SVG has many advantages using as Web information distribution graphics. Thefirst hand, it overcomes the pixel graphic's limitations .SVG are much smaller and morecompressible than comparable JPEG or GIF image and takes up less space than existing GIFSIt can help optimize browser's performance. It can be used more adeptly in Internet.After wholly analyzing SVG criterion based on XML and Web technology are combined,the paper presented a model of distributing real-time Web based on B/S (Browser/Server).thekey points of database server\web server and browser and their resolution methods arediscussed respectively.One important points in data dynamic issue are how to exhibit dynamiceffect .SVG itself is a static document though it is based on data .So real-time data cannot beobtained by SVG documents. And we must seek other techniques. SVG and XML technologyare combined because SVG expands the application field of XML: the method using XSL isdevised. The most important trait of the method is that it gives a vivid effect and highrespondent speed.The objective of this thesis not only researches the theory about SVG, but also studieshow to realize the theory. many technologies are applied to this research , including XML,SVG,Java etc. The objective of this thesis not only researches the theory about SVG, but alsostudies how to realize the theory. many technologies are applied to this research, includingXML,SVG,Java etc. All technology we used attract that the traits on this model, such as highrespondent speed good Commonality, low request on client convenient for systems'maintenance and updating, are better than other traditional model. A Model for Real TimeImage Information Distribution Based on SVG is not only transport bandwidth is saved butalso transport delay is reduced. In addition, transformation of image can been adapted datachange in the database. The system of real time image information distribution is realized.
