Research Daguan Cha Lun In Philology And Cultural Ways

Literature is the carrier of culture. Studying a kind of cultural phenomenon, we have torely on relevant literature. Chinese tea culture has a long history. In Song dynasty, tea cultureis at its peak. To study tea culture in Song dynasty, we have to face Daguan Cha Lun. Whileto study the unique and superb Dian skill of tea in Chinese tea culture, we also have to rely onDaguan Cha Lun. This thesis just reseach Daguan Cha Lun, and explore its cultural values inphilology ways.The thesis is composed of the preface and text. In the preface, it is introduced that thevalue of the thesis' selection and the questions required to answer. The text is the main body.In this part, fistly, it is stated that the content of Daguan Cha Lun and its editions and about itsauthor;then comparing both editions and related literature, Daguan Cha Lun is annotated;atlast, the cultural value about it is researched from three aspects such as material, behavior andconcept.
