With the development of microelectronic technology, the wireless telecontroltechnology apply in the area of door lock system and communication system moreand more. The wireless launching device has brought much convenience in people'slife. At the same time, with the improvement of the integration of electronicproducts and the reducing of power, the traditional battery cannot satisfy theoperation requirements gradually because of its bigger volume and short life. Wornout batteries can cause the serious environmental pollution when they are dealedwith improper. The reaearch on all kinds of minisize generating electricity deviceused for the micro power electronic products has already becomed an new hot spotin the world.This facility have the advantages of simple structure, no heat, no pollution, noelectromagnetism interference, easy to machining, structure's miniaturization andintegration, and so on. It supply a new reference for power supply about a varietyof minisize electrical products, passive sensor system and monitoring system. Thephenomenon that piezoelectricity ceramics may have electric charge under theexternal force function is discovered for several dozens years, but because theformer piezoelectricity material electro-mechanical transformation efficiency is low,the power loss of the electronic device needs is big, the piezoelectricity electricitygeneration power cannot satisfy the operation requirements. In recent years, thepiezoelectricity performance of piezoelectricity material enhanced, and highintegrate,low power loss electronic device and the radio-frequency. All of thesehave provided the premise for the piezoelectricity electricity generation technologyapplication. Based on the piezoelectricity ceramics electricity generation basic ruleas well as the energy storage characteristic, this article designed and manufacturedhad the high output performance and the piezoelectricity electric power facility andits the corresponding energy conversion, the storage circuit, and designed thedevice which has been able to use this piezoelectricity electric power facilityactuation the wireless launch, the receiving device, at the last, it structured one newwireless electropult.Using the piezoelectric vibrator bending vibrations theoretical formula and thepiezoelectricity knowledge, it carries on the vibration theory analysis to the bracketbeam plate piezoelectric vibrator and the circular piezoelectric vibrator. Data acquisition software is compiled,and thedisposing and displaying to testing parameter of collection clip can be processed.And also It offers a testing analysis platform for looking into the influences ofpiezoelectric ceramics generating capacity, which were brought by piezoelectricceramics size parameter and environment swing.It carries on the test and the research to the piezoelectric vibrator powercapacity, and analyzes the influence of the oscillation amplitude, the piezoelectricvibrator structure and the size as well as the joint method to the piezoelectricvibrator power capacity. It has confirmed the influence of outside load to theenergy output characteristic. And it has proved that the result of theoretical analysisis correct. When we are designing, We choose energy output high size structure insatisfies σ max ≤ [σ ], ω n≥ ω外.Has researched the energy production characteristicof different structure electric power facility, we selected optimal suitspiezoelectricity electric power facility for the wireless launching device, and testedits electric power, the test results discovered that, when the load resistance is 1 Mohm, the biggest output power of the impact type piezoelectricity electropult is13.8mW, the average power is 8-9mW.Through experimental we researched two different energy storagesmethod ,that is electric capacity stored energy and rechargeable battery storedenergy. The experiment indicated that, All two methods can realize the electricalenergy memory, but the method which using the electric capacity can have a pulseenergy output, it suits the wireless launching device more. Based on it, according tothe characteristic that the piezoelectricity electricity generation voltage is high, theelectric current is small, the electric charge production is the transient state and inturn, it has designed the piezoelectricity electricity generation power circuit, thencollects and stores the electric quantity with it. It designed and manufactured thewireless launch and receive device with F05 and J05C,it can adapt piezoelectricityelectric power facility electrical energy supply request. According to theirinexpensive price, long transmission range, low power loss, high reliability, it suitsspecially in the low cost wireless communication equipment, it can realize thewireless communication and the wireless control through this kind of wirelessreceiving and dispatching module.Finally we has constructed the wireless launching device based onpiezoelectricity. Including the electric-generating facility based on piezoelectricity,the corresponding energy conversion storage circuit, storage circuit, the launchingand the receiving device. And we carries the on-line experiment. The test resultindicated that: The power from the piezoelectricity electric-generating can drive thewireless launching device we designed. The wireless receiving device also canreceive the signal from the launching device accurately. The reliability is quit high,and the radius can amount to 15 meters. The wireless electropult provide prief forapplication of piezoelectricity electric-generating in micro-electronic area.
