With the globalization of economy and the rapid development of Internet,the enterprise informatization has become the key to improve industrialproductivity and competitive ability, while the network-based productionmanagement is the most important item when enterprises actualize theinformatization. The application of new information technology can deleasethe cost, increase the benefit and improve the competition. Logistics,commodity stream and information stream are regarded as the three pillars ofmodern economy. With the development of socialized mass production,people have changed their focus of cost from the productive areas to currencyareas. An economist, Bay Terkara, even considers the Logistics as "third profitsource", and we have also realized the importance of logistics in enterprisemanagement. At the same time the distribution of Logistics apart from thefields such as manufacture and business is the main trend and way to solvethose questions.Based on the enterprise's application, FTM( FAW Toyota Motor SalesCo., Ltd.)vehicle Logistics transportation system is developed in thispaper.This paper expatiates on the application of the basic method forprogramming, structure designing and system deploying, which is based onB/S three_tier architecture and C# language. It consists of the whole process ofthe system realization from analyze and design, such as frame design, functionmold design and database design etc. The main function of the system issupervising the FTM vehicle Logistics transportation. The system mainly isdivided into three subsystem:Logistics, Pay/Request and Master informationmaintenance.The Logistics subsystem is responsible for management to theentire course of vehicle transportation, from yard registering to arrivemarket .The Pay/Request subsysterm computes the information of variousexpenses in the process of vehicle transportation. The expenses involvetransport charge and task charge. The customer can view ConveyanceCompany's charge information through web page, such as the traffic expensein a certain route and the task expenses in some spots. The customer also caninput task costs, scan all paying information, print bill if the private has beenassigned to him. Additionally, related function Batch process takes charge ofself-loading computing everyday and figuring out the charge of someconveyance companies which are in calculating date, making .CSV files in theserver and providing them to the finance section. The Master informationmaintaining subsysterm mainly carries on the vehicle information, customerinformation and trades information;it does not be described detailedly in thispaper.The following tasks are mainly completed.1. This paper analyses the basic concepts of Logistics firstly,thenaccording to the current situation,the paper points out the disadvantages of theLogistics distribution system. So it is necessary to develop managementinformation system of the Logistics.2. Demonstrate the advantages of the B/S three_tier structure and thereasons of using C# as programming language.As well as we describe thesystem's primary function design and the division of sub functions.3. Elaborate on the process of program development and design adoptingthe Object-oriented technique. Introduce the characteristics and usages of themodeling language UML and Visio modeling;embody the usecase inrequirement analysis period to the class which has actual functions. Design theUse Case Diagram, Static Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Active Diagram andDatabase Model Diagram.4. In implementation phase, this paper introduces browser search, batchcomputation and the method of accessing database based on ADO.NETtechnique. Otherwise, it discusses the conception and concretely realization ofADO.NET components.5. In the period of testing, we have completed three jobs: function testing,pressure testing and ITB.This paper illuminates the testing ways and instancesin the period of function testing and PT. In addition, at software deployingstage, we configure Web server and database sever.Finally, summing-up is made on the difficult questions and author'sexperiences in the whole period of designing and programming.According to Logistics basic discipline, referring to Logistics enterpriseMIS developing ideas, analyzing original MIS of FTM Logistics company andusing up-to-date informationization technology knowledge, the necessity isdemonstrated to develop Logistics enterprise MIS based on B/S for thecompany. Logistics enterprise MIS information flow chart is set up based onB/S and diagnoses for operation flow, locale dock, operation department,commence department and integration department and so on. Further more,configuration, scale, function, hardware and software are designed anddeveloped fire-newly.Multiplayer distribution system has succeeded to test in the FTMLogistics company. It obtained good effects and attained prospective demand,now the vehicle Logistics transportation system has been issued.
