Along with the development of TV technique, it would be a current thatTV systems be fully digitally designed. Computer technique being rapidlydeveloping, multimedia technique is greatly accelerated. Computertechnique has filtered into every part of TV program by make use of manynew concepts and ideas, which has lead to great change in executing,transmitting and playing TV programs. Leading TV execution to digital, wemust induct a nonlinear editing system. What we call nonlinear editing isthat a course during which we could make our edit work on source materialand output the result to disks or tapes or video tapes, by using videotechnique on computers.The Sonaps material managing system is developed upon Windows bySONY to serve the TV broadcasting office. It made use of the news editingtool in Internet dealing system, based on server news editing base equipment.The system is an integration of transmitting;collecting and sharing materialswhich could be manage by journalists and producer who have the access ofTV broadcasting office. In the program we mainly take part in the materialmanager module exploitation. We built the module to permit the subsystemsor a third party to operate the lists, editing, previewing, filemodifying(deleting/moving/copying) and supporting the original materialoffering information management and index.The Sonaps material managing system has the function of editing,storage, protecting, searching for video resource, make the systemcentralized management and control to the video information. And the systemget more cooperation, obtain the most high-efficiency, Lower the cost, makevideo information being professionally disposed in the great resourcedatabase. And the investigating of this article provides useful video resourcefor reproduction of the program.Textual main research contents is how to design The Sonaps materialmanaging system, to make the system structure clear, make thecommunications between systems conveniently, safely, efficiently;make theuser easy to operate. This article gives the method of the above problem. asthe C/S structure is very technically mature, the material managing systemwas designed as C/S structure. Because the application correspond can bedistribute in same computer, can also be distribute in the any position withinconjoint net space, so the correspondence between system is to pass thetechnique of MSMQ to carry out of, it carry out principle is: The sender ofthe news goes to the information conservancy that the oneself wants to sendout in the message queuing that a system public space, Local or the news ofthe foreign land receives the news that the procedure take out to give out itfrom the queue to carry on the processing. Currently the XML is becomingvarious data especially it is preferred format language of document, becauseit has the ability of the marking different word segment, make the searchbecame more simple and dynamic, so I make use of the language of XML todescribe a metadata of the medium material. The Clip Trimmer is encapsulated a OCX component can use asan executable file or can be encapsulated as a part of other component, makeuse of the advantage of Object Oriented, make the procedure efficiency getexaltation, thus can make the module get the more extensive application.Sonaps Material Management System has already passed check test, getthe recognize and good evaluation, carrying out the video data professionaland concentrated processing, more convenient than the existing systemoperation, information display is more clear. Because the module is aproduct that is to commercialize, therefore, reliability, usability, functionalityin software, can still need to do more and more meticulous work to perfectthe module.
