Try And Make Argument Of Book Piracy And It's Control In The View Of Economic Law

The piracy is one of the greatest challenges and difficult problems meeting in the economic development process of knowledge of the present stage of our country , but it is still the important problem that we have to face and put forth effort to solve. Book piracy is traditional form of the pirate and also the main form of expression of the pirated phenomenon during a quite long historical period in our country. In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic technology, pirated computer software and some other electronic products become the focus of attention of the law field , published numerous related books, papers and books devoted to the study of the academic results of the piracy problem almost blank. Book piracy phenomenon won't disappear because of neglect of scholars, on the contrary, are more and reached a rampant levels, and constitute severely damaged of publishing industry and national economic interests;This increasingly serious social problems which law experts in particular economic law scholars concerns, research, and providing solutions.This article just takes the perspective from economic law, and tries to make a qualitative analysis towards the piracy problem and characteristics qualitative analysis, to find out the combination to economic law which is related to the integration of law departments ,on the basis of this, use the means of economic law to explore and analysis the possibilities and concrete ideas of the problem.The full text is divided into five parts, the first part to the third part is the conclusion of this paper, four to five parts , is the sub-component .
