To know and control the formation of oil reservoir, the people have been making west analysis since having found oil reservoir. The west analysis is to study oil and gas well and to accurate describe it. With evolution of the percolation mechanical in recently many years , the west analysis method have make rapidly progress and uninterrupted growth .But the study to homogeneous reservoir, dual-porosity composite reservoir , double-permeability reservoir , combined reservoir is not perfect and use primarily manual operation.This paper proposes mathematic model for well test analysis of perfectly describing the homogeneous reservoir, dual-porosity composite reservoir, double-permeability reservoir, combined reservoir with the bottom-hole storage and the skin effects and the three kinds of outer boundary conditions (infinite boundary, constant pressure boundary and closed boundary). By using the Laplace transform method, the solution of the dimensionless reservoir pressure and dimensionless bottom-hole pressure in Laplace space is got. It is discovered to the similar structure of the solution's form in the three kinds of outer boundary conditions passing through deeply analyses its characteristics. Furthermore, the paper designs well test analysis program, and it is also a deep development of flow theory of fluids.
