Research And Application Of Supervisor System Based On Internet

With the development of computer network, the supervisor system based on Internet has been applied in many fields. It is a integrated automation system based on the techniques of industrial supervisor system and information system. With the development of Internet, the technicians can solve the emergency, control and maintain the system in the remote area. The research and application of supervisor system based on Internet is hot issue nowadays.The technologies of Industrial information supervisor are deeply studied in this dissertation. The design methods of the basic architecture and interface of the system with the characteristics of the industrial control are given. The application of supervisor system in the industrial process has effectively realized the integration of the data network and the control network, the conclusion as following:1) This paper studied the advantage technologies of information network including the media access control ,Vlan and ATM .The TCP/IP based on Internet is discussed .Socket and Router technology are studied in detailed.2) This paper studied the architecture and function of Industrial information supervisor system. Compared with SCADA, DCS and PLC ,The field bus and Profibus is analysed specially .The design methods of OPC technology and Industrial information supervisor system based on Internet is showed . The control system based on OPC is tested .3) This paper studied the theory of video and compression and the transmission .The model of video control system is proposed and put into experience with the experience equipment of video server and vidicon .4) This paper designed model of supervisor system based on Internet for the equipment of graduate laboratory .This control system can transfer the data andvideo .
