The scale of network is more and more large with the internet development. Some zones are not suitable for wire network as the geography factor. The mobile technology gets the widespread application. In these cases, wireless network's access technology is improved.But the bank of wireless network is not like the wire network, its band is limited. Our goal is to improve efficiency of the wireless link.The header compression technology may achieve this goal very well. In this article we first introduce several kinds of header compression technology in short, analyze and compare the advantage of them in this article. The IPv6 protocol is the kernel in the next generation Internet. The IPHC header compression technology provide good support for the IPv6 basic header and extend header, therefore we choose the IPHC header compression technology in this article.The IPHC technology has a good compression effect on header compression because it groups the transmiting data and import the "twice" mechanism and the packet request mechanism. On the other hand, it needs high quality of message channel with low data packet loss rate on transmission link. In order to adapt to wireless link better, we proposed a plan based on the link condition compression: Examinating the channel error code rate with simply group Markov model and import about the link condition with RTS/CTS mechanism,at last we simulate the run environment and design with the OPNET sumulation software and achieve the anticipated target.
