Device Condition Based Maintenance Based On Data Mining

This paper carried on preliminary research to the topic of device condition basedmaintenance of electric power enterprise using data mining technology. On the basis ofreview on power plant and knowledge of device management in power enterprise, a system isdesigned to realize condition based maintenance on devices. This paper has mainly finishedjobs in the following several respects: a data integration system is designed for estimatinghealth of devices using data warehouse technology;the data aggregate which can reflecthealth of devices is founded on the basis of mining cumulative real-time running data ofdevices;a flow is designed to estimate health of devices in power plants. This paper appliedthe flow to the simple and comparatively unattached devices whose change of health could bemastered. This paper carried on groping research to estimate health of complicated devices.
