With the accelerated pace of social life and the gradual ageing of the population, cardiovascular disease has become a major disease that seriously threat to people's health and life. And such diseases often have unexpected features. If it can't be timely detected and treated, it will has very serious consequence. Electrocardiogram monitor is an important means to detect disease. It means much to guarantee the safety of patients and reduce the heart patient's mortality rate. Currently there are three types of ECG monitor: l)Large multifunctional ECG monitor, but it can not be used outside hospital;2) The portable ECG monitor who has high-capacity memory storage can not long time monitoring and its capability is limited.3) Domestic network ECG monitor that limit patient's free activity. Aim directly at ECG system's flaws, we will design a kind of portable Long-distance real-time interactive ECG monitor system that is suitable for using in the community, and it bases on wireless portable heart electricity picker, family intelligent terminal, internet and database of the medical center., Doctor may consecutively monitor patient's heart electricity condition any time through this set of system. And it can send out each kind of order to revise the heart electricity picker's working mode and send out the warning information to the patient and its family member. The paper mainly does below studies:Wireless portable heart electricity picker's research content: On the basis of bioelectricity signal characteristic, we will select appropriate parameter electron device to design heart electricity picker and amplify weak signal. Research filter theory and design hardware filter circuit and AD transition on the basis of bioelectricity signal's frequency range. Through analyze the factor that signal input, power supply, grounding interfere to portable picker, we'll take the corresponding elimination measure to enhances system's reliability. Simulate practice electrocardiosignal's baseline driftline to design tacho-midvalue filtering algorithm and analyze the characteristic that the algorithm deal to the baseline drift. Study antenna's design theory and match one chip radio frequency chip to design microstripring form antennae order utmost utilize emanation power and raise emanation distance. Develop wireless data transmit protocol. Study wireless portable electrocardiogram equipment's software structure design, development and debug.Family intelligent terminal's design content: embedded system's characteristic and hardware design. Linux operating system's bootstrap and load.Ethernet interface design and implement drive under Linux. Study Socket programming under Linux, use TCP/IP protocol through intelligent terminal's network interface send out wireless data through Modem to medical center data server.Medical center data's service design content: electrocardio-data's spherical display algorithm design and programming, interactive electrocardio-database's design laying(include real-time display, playback display, preliminary data analysis and long range family intelligent terminal and heart electricity picker interactive and soon.Through above-mentioned work complete proto's initial development and then do the groundwork for next product development and software's function expansion.
