Resistance oven is a temperature target, which has big time lag and time invariables. In the past, people used continuous control, which proves to have disadvantages such as need of excessive adjustment and long time to stabilize. In order to improve the temperature-control quality of the resistance oven, this thesis focuses on the following aspects:First, it focuses on the design and realization of the controlling rule and controlling arithmetic. Mainly, this thesis does a research on a new type of intelligent controlling technology, and it names the controller based on this technology "Nine-O'clock" controller. The controlling strategy of the" Nine-O'clock" controller is determined by the working state of the system. It has nine states, and under each of them, the "Nine-O'clock" controller has a corresponding scale control. Therefore, there are nine different scale controls parameters. Scale control makes sure that it is easy to carry out in practice and to get the working state of the system. Also, getting a certain parameter separately, the Nine-O'clock" controller makes the best out of capability of the whole system.On the hardware, it designs a sensor platinum resistor and some circuits, which provide temperature signals for the temperature control system. It transfers the temperature signals to digital signals and sends them to the micro-controller C8051F020. Through the micro-controller and its circuits, it displays, estimates, decides and controls the temperature signals. In the end, the system sends appropriate controlling power and drives the performing organ—adjustable impulse control and controllable silicon circuit. By heating the resistor, the performing organ controls it and achieves precision required by the system.Besides, on the software, using SCM C8051F020, it designs an embedded system, which is equipped with a keyboard and a LCD. Thus, it has functions such as signals-control, keyboard-control, data collecting, data-display and data calculating.This thesis pays attention to theories as well as to practice. By doing the research, I have gotten some comprehensive information and data. And most importantly, I have acquired precious experience on production. At the same time, this research ensures that I am theoretically and practically prepared to do similar research on resistance oven temperature control.
