Along with enhancing the complexity of modern monitoring system , it also set the new request to the data acquisition module. In many control systems, request the data acquisition module to be able to carry on real-time, the high speed data acquisition and the high accuracy data pretreatment to mutil-channel. This article, taking data acquisition and the monitoring system theory as a background, taking as real-time signal processing design TMS320 series DSP is the control core specially, using the CAN bus communication. Using Visual C++ developing compter monitoring system, has composed high speed, real-time data acquisition and processing system.This data acquisition system takes the DSP smallest system as a center, fully uses DSP's DI/DO module, A /D conversion module, SPI interface module and the CAN controller module, completed the data acquisition system hardware development, and enable this system system to have the good antijamming ability. In C24x series general timer, pulse-duration modulation electric circuit, A/D, the SCI, the CAN controller, the watch-dog and so on, providd the rich resources for DSP applied in intelligent control, electrical machinery control, electric power electronic technology.We carried out the CAN Bus optical fiber communications in the data acquisition system. And reasonably using CAN controller module development system the CAN Bus connection module, let the system realization multichannel, multi- field data gathering and monitoring. Using optical Fiber-CAN Bus network, enhances the CAN Bus network antijamming ability, guarantees the CAN network normal operation.Finally We completed computer monitoring software. Computer monitoring software used Windows API in Visual C++ 6.0 to program the control serial port. This system in order to realize the real-time data acquisition system's communication function, has used a CSerialPort kind, inside has packaged the Win32 API standard communication function, just leaves several simple practical interface for users to call, but conveniently supports the serial port communication.We have realized the hardware and the software design of DSP high speed data acquisition system. Used the reasonable filter algorithm to increase the system data acquisition precision. And designed computer monitoring software to monitor the change of data. In this system, we used the CAN bus optical fiber communications to enhance data acquisition ability and the antijamming ability of the system.
