| With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, people's life quality improve continuously, we call for more and more beautiful environment. Control traffic noise has been an important part of human's environmental protection problems. We have known that vehicle noise is the main origin of traffic noise. Tread pattern noise is the dominant part of vehicle noise when car at the speeds above 70km/h. Therefore, the research on tread pattern noise control not only has far-reaching theoretical importance, but also has abundant practical value.In order to design low noise tread pattern, we exploited the noise simulation and optimize software cooperating with Shanghai Rubber Group, Beijing Rubber Academe and Hangzhou ZhongCe Group. By some years striving, we have finished the contract task of making the "Tread Pattern Noise-reduction Optimization Software System" (TNS/ODS). It has acquired famous success on the control of Tread pattern noise. But it couldn't be used to optimize the non-block pattern noise, or else, it will bring a large error. This task is brought forward with this problem.This paper systematically studies tread pattern noise control from following two aspects: the sound mechanism, the simulation model and the comprehensive evaluation of noise spectrum. And it mainly focuses on the exploration and practice of sound mechanism and the simulation model. By the experiment analyze and theory research, we found the mechanism of its noise, make a large modify on the primary noise model, bring forward an experiment physical model which could use for non-block pattern, do some summing-up and research in math and experiment to this model. It proves the non-block pattern experiment physical model in the theory. At the same time, we do some research in big block pattern's sound mechanism in deeply. Bring forward big block pattern's conception and a new noise "Three rule".This dissertation adopted a new block pattern analyze algorithms to design simulation software. All algorithms in this paper have been realized in C++ program language, and have been added to the "Tread Pattern Noise-reduction Optimization Software System". We make a program (BPTNS/BPODS) for the non-block pattern, we have validated the right by the experiment simulation. |
