With the fast development of embedded technologies, several merits of the embedded system make its application more and more extensive, such as inexpensive, small and stable. This paper applies the embedded system in the field of ARINC429 bus's measure-control. It introduces an embedded measure-control system with the comprehensive functions, flexible operation and easy taking. The system includes several ARINC429 channels, AD/DA channels and digital I/O channels, it can work under the temperature between -40 ~ +71℃. The hardware modules of this system are all based on the PC/104 bus structure, this makes the system small, compact and it can be extended easily. About the software we choose the popular Linux as the system's OS, this paper analyzes the constructing of the embedded Linux OS including the configuration of the kernel, the root file system and the bootloader. It emphasizes the design and realization of the embedded application software. After comparing among some familiar GUI, this system chooses MiniGUI as its GUI. The software programming is based on the language of C, C++ and many interfaces of the Linux kernel and MiniGUI. This measure-control system's structure is simple, its functions are comprehensive, it has fine interface between human and machine, it is universal and can be extended easily. In a word, it's an ARTNC429 bus measure-control system which is worthy of real application.
