Virtual instrument is a advanced virtual test technology which developed from 1980s. Making good use of the superiority of high-speed computer and integrating data aquire, signal processing, engineering database and other subjects, it builds friendly interfaces under the professional exploiting environment and carrys out different test task on one series of hardware equipments. Taking advantage of PXI instruments and LabVIEW programming environment, the FFT analyze system based on the VI technology is completed. This system has a lot of advantages, small, powerful, etc.. It satisfys the user's various needs completely, data aquire, real-time process, store, etc.. The design and realization of the FFT analyze system based on the VI technology is introduced in detail, then the running examples and error analysis of several functions are given.
