Apache-Based Performance Optimization And Analysis Of Web Server

The performance optimization and analysis of web server is one of the key techniques,and how optimize the performance of web server the on the existing foundation is a challenge mission with which numerous researchers are facing。Source codes of apache2.0 are for the performance optimization of The VoIP server basing on which the systematic configuration and primary characters are researched. The realization principles of the Apache server are explored from the views of the systematic configuration of the software and material realization method. The pivotal factors effecting on the performance of apache server are found out from the views software, hardware and net according to its evaluation indices. The disposal of the dynamic request are optimized by using the FastCGI and adding module to apache, and the configuration parameter by groping test method, and the performance of the overloaded apache server are analyzed by modeling using the queuing theory and some optimization methods of the phase of receiving pocket of the overloaded server are presented.The optimization methods presented in the paper have been using successfully in the VoIP server and got good effect.
