With the sixth speed-raising of the railway to be coming, our country has been in harmony with the time tideway of the worldwide railway speed-raising, which gives an impulse to the improvement of the fundamental establishment and receives wide approval from the public.However, as the stratagem brings into effect, the security problems emerge. Railway accidents take place frequently, which causes casualty of men, topple of the train or halt of the driving, and brings great loss to the country and public. The high-speed and high-density development of the railway transportation must lie on advanced railway signal systems to take the charge.FBS has always held the regnant place of the railway signals system, but can decreasingly meet the demands of the speed raising and the transportation density augmenting, and adapts weakly to the style of trains and the environment.MAS controls the train's driving situation with modern communication instrumentality and computer autocontrol technology, which reverses the method of FBS radically, reduces the intervals of train tracing effectively, improves the interzone passing capacity largely and is proved to be an advanced train drive-controlling system.The dissertation firstly discusses the researching background and the phylogeny and actuality inland and overseas of MAS, and probes into a typical application of MAS-CBTC. Through the former research of CBTC, it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of CBTC and puts forward to a MAS system model based on AIS and GIS.The system brings into the way AIS use to build the communication network, the method SOTDMA use to communicate, transfer and encapsulate data and other technologies applied maturely on the sea, and the idea GIS use to manage electronic map and geographical data of the railway.Compared with CBTC, this system has some strongpoints. It adopts dispersedly train autocontrol on the structure, which reduces the risk of malfunction and even paralysis of the station's system in a centralized station, and guarantees the security.The software emulational system in this dissertation is developed with the components of SuperMap Objects 2003, under the compositive environment of VC++6.0. It can carry out the management of electronic map, the inquiry and modification of the property database, the coding and decoding of the train's AIS information ,and keep down phonetic interfaces and train's braking interfaces .Lastly, the dissertation makes a summarization of the research and point out the direction of further research.
