"Making use of modern education technique and method to improve army's training level"is an impotent reform of military education and a way to heighten training quality. With the military training information network being built and perfected, building the information resource system on network becomes a primary mission of informational military training work in the future. In our army, since traditional examination model exhausts huge human and material, and is restricted by some factors like person, time and space, it is very difficult to satisfy the needs of modern military education.The function and the performance of existing on-line examination systems haven't satisfied the need of large-scale application, especially in safe transmission of network. So it is necessary to adopt new technologies and methods to improve the existing system. The design and implement of examination system on Internet is discussed in this dissertation.The most important content of this dissertation studies the implementation of network security transmission technology for on-line examination system of army, and some relative technologies such as network transmission, encrypt algorithm, etc. Having analyzed main technical difficulties such as data encryption on browser and secret key management, the paper proposes a set of solution. We implement a prototype system and the result of basic test validates the feasibility of the solutions proposed in our research.This dissertation puts emphasis on the research of security transmission and secret key management of the project. Having analyzed of existing algorithms'of shortcomings, and considered actual status of project and system performance, we propose a new integrated solution of network security transmission. We compare different algorithms with their experiment effect and result data, and validate the efficiency of our new algorithm.
