With the spread of Network technology in the global area, Internet has been infiltrated into human beings' lives, becoming the important way of communication. All of these brought great convenience to human beings, and they do also brought new challenge. That is the higher requirement of the network security. Protecting the information transmission over the network, is getting more and more important.First, this thesis introduces the related concepts about network security and cipher, briefly introduces many kinds of encrypt algorithms, expatiating RSA public-key algorithm and the program flow of DES algorithm, and then introduces the key exchange technology. Based on this, this thesis puts forward the randomized key exchange system based on RSA, which uses DES key as session key to handle the plain text and encrypted text, and uses RSA key pair to encrypt/decrypt DES key in order to keep security. Finally, this thesis develops a stimulated system in VC++ 6.0 to ensure that the 2400-bitted long RSA key can be created and be used to encrypt/decrypt DES key in comparatively short time, by developing the Division, Power Module, Power Inverse and Big Prime algorithms using Big Number. According to those data collected in the experiment, these algorithms has been testified to work in high efficiency and this system has been testified to have high security.
