Optical fiber image transfer devices such as optical fiber faceplate, optical fiber taper andoptical fiber image inverter have been widely used in modern industry. It is one high scienceand technology industry featuring the integration of intensive technology and intensive labor.But for the measurement of parameters of optical fiber imager transfer devices, there is nogeneral measurement instrument at present. Due to their simply functions, the availableprojects of two integrating spheres, monochrometer and multiplier phototube can not be usedto test those parameters of above various optical fiber imager transfer devices such as integraltransmittance, partial transmittance, spectrum transmittance, bucket / pincushion distortionresolution and speck. Author has put forward the new whole scheme of CCD camera oneintegrating sphere. Thesis includes that the scheme introduction, design, calculation andoptimization of optical structure, instrument structure design, image processing and softwaredesign as well as system debug etc.Transmittance of optical fiber imager transfer device and system energy transferefficiency are analyzed and calculated in theory. The general concept of spectrumtransmittance is discussed in detail and extended. Taking the tungsten-halogen lamp as thelight source, the main optical system including an integrating sphere, a parallel light tube,lenses and filters is designed to acquire the diffuse light and parallel light respectively.Software emulation is also performed. According to design requirement, the suitable CCDcamera, lens and acquisition card are purchased to form a complete image acquisition system.The input and output images of many samples are acquired and processed. The relativealgorithms based on difference parameter characters are programmed to process the images.The main instrument structure including a guide rail, a reflector and a vertical column isdesigned, processed and installed, providing the support terrace for the realization ofparameters measurement of optical fiber imager transfer devices. Through the design,installation, debugging and experiment, the instrument satisfies the design requirementbasically, and verified the feasible of this scheme. At the same time instrument possesses themerits of multifunction, portable adjustment, reliable operation and strong applicability.
