In optical design, transmittance is one of the important indexes of optical system. At present optical transmittance is widely detected by single channel method, which must be finished in the darkroom in order to ensure detecting accuracy because of strongly depending on environment and anti-jamming capability. But for the measurement of optical transmittance devices in the bright condition, there is no general measurement instrument in china. Theoretical analysis shown, it can based on the result of empty test and actual test, when changing the brightness of the image gray values to calculate the ratio of the optical transmission devices. This paper proposes a transmittance method based on image processing technology. According to the principle of correlation detection, this paper designs an optical structure and a hardware structure. According to the principle of Wiener noise filtering, filtering of additive noise on the image spot, image segmentation and the least square principle by positioning the center and radius of the spot to determine the values of spot and gray images. The experimental result shown that, this method of acquisition and processing can restrain the background noise and fast carry on the detecting of the transmittance. |
