Video traffic inspection technique is one of the untouched inspectiontechniques, which connects video processing and pattern recognitiontogether. The device imitates human's eyes through camera (based on thevideo analysis and the computer vision technique), which can process andanalyze the real-time traffic information. At the same time, user can setall the dummy inspectors randomly. Once the set has been finished, thesystem can bring out all the needed traffic data.In the thesis, it first introduces the development and actuality of thevideo traffic inspection technique, and then the hardware components ofthe system and its working principle are also presented. Thegeneralization of the detection arithmetic and the detection program basedon DSP are prepared for the subsequent supervision software design. Inthe system, it is the communication protocol and communication softwaredesign between server and client that are called supervision software anddiscussed emphatically.The main target of the thesis is the communication protocol and thecommunication software design between server and client. On thecommunication protocol side, the target is to satisfy the detectors, whoseattributes, such as number, position and type, can be modified in thepractical use. On the other side, the detectors' parameters can be obtainedwith the help of video interface in the server. At the same time, the resultscalculated by DSP must be sent to and showed real-timely in the serveraccording to the protocol. Naturally, the benefit of the communicationsoftware is to set the detectors remotely and show the traffic informationreal-timely, creating the friendly interface between traffic managers andinspection device. At last, it is debugged in Microsoft Visual Studio.netand TMS320C6000 DSP environment, and the results are quite satisfiedfor the designing object, and the veracity is exceeding 90%. |
