Research And Exploiture Of Printing Enterprise ERP

ERP (enterprises resource planning ) is an digital management, which suitably allocates all kinds of resources of the enterprises , Its ultimate aim is to make enterprises'production and management digital. Digital flow plays a vital role in the development process of printing enterprises. ERP In the market mainly faced on the big enterprises. There is less ERP that faced on the medium and small printing enterprises. So, study and research that ERP fit medium and small enterprises have a width foreground.The ERP software system in this paper is structured on data from Xi'an printing center of Renmin daily.an optimal structure of the system and a model of operation of the system will be proposed based on researching the principle experience of management of small or middle printing enterprises and integrating the technique of Web and .NET/SQL. So the ERP software for printing enterprises has some advantages such as simplicity, flexibility and feasibility, which can be represented in the production management module, resources management module, financial management module and security management module.In this paper, Firstly, investigate and analysis the enterprise about its production mode and technics parameters. Integer frame class and module setting was acquired. Secondly, used the Use Case diagram, Sequence diagram and so on design the result of requirement analysis through the UML Language by means and ideas of software engineering. Thirdly, the relationship between modules was analyzed that acquired data relation and operation on the data. Then memory process was written. C# code with three-layer B/S structure which is based on the technique of Web on .NET platform was written. Completed orders generated from the Operations Section, Division of production orders, a single workshop, workshop for secondary platoon off the process, and material management of the overall functions is come true. Finally, the functional modules of the system was tested by using functional testing, data testing and link testing to ensure the stability of the system operation. The subject is achieved to the ultimate objectives and requirements of topics, accorded to the basic functions of the enterprise operational requirements.
