In addition, the collecting device and collecting computer can complete the broken-point continue-transmission function. This can guarantee the integrity of measurement data to the utmost extent.Due to the incomplete of data collection, the untimely of data application, the mass of network flows, the stressful of database, and the ineffective usage of original data, data transmitting and data analyzing system build a long-distance, multiple-point, and timely-transmitting and analyzing system of data, based on the message Oriented middleware and three-layer structure. On the one hand, it can provide data support to ERP in order to offer the measurement management the accurate, complete and fast final data. And on the other hand, it also can provide evidence for maintainer to timely control the devices and fast locate the troubles, by using six-sigma management method which offers a deeper analysis to the original data, finds the impact factor to each point, realizes the inside regulations, finds the improving ways, and regulates the measurement devices stably operating in order to generate the accurate data.
