Considering the characteristics of complexity and frequent flow of Business ProecssSystem in the county power supply enterprises, a sufficient Business Proecss System isestablished and developed by particularly survey and using Unified Modeling Languagein this paper;The interfaces between the Business Proecss System and other sub-systemis established and developed by optimizing the structure of the tables and programming.This system has the characteristics of complete functions, program agility and maininterface clarity.The development software has been applied to the Cangzhou suburbpower supply enterprises in Hebei Province.The practical applications show that thesystem is suitable for the requirements.
