Electromagnetic interference is a challenge to the equipment capability in the research of the measure system of the coordinator dynamical balance. It's negative influence that electronic components and MCU make mistakes. We study the EMC design of the system in order that the electronic equipment and system don't interfere each other and are able to function reliably and achieve high precision. The paper describes the definition, purpose, meaning, content of the EMC, the developing history and standards of EMC. It also states the project, the function of every part, the technical target and related EMC design in the measure system of the coordinator dynamical balance. The principle and method are discussed, which used for optoelectronic pulse signal from coordinator gyro rotor. The problem on electromagnetic compatibility caused by interference factors in the signal conversion & processing system is solved. The method is brought forward in various aspects such as the equipment interface, the choice of active device, printed circuit layout techniques, and micro-controller design. It is important that the standard of the signal conversion & processing system are presented, so as to design the standard signal source with EMC, which calibrates the precision of the system and simulates ideal output of the coordinator. Finally, how to adjust and calibrate is given. The testing data are analyzed and compared with the original. The result of testing shows that the system with EMC design has high precision and the design successfully meets the request of CAMI. The research described in the paper origins from the project "dynamical balance measurement instrument for coordinator gyro-rotor", which is a cooperative project by HUST and CAMI. The project has been checked and accepted.
