Issues Of Information Classification And System Requirements Of Regulatory Plan In China

Since 1980's, it has been a popular point for the construction of the urban planning information system (UPIS) based on the geography information system in domestic planning vocation. The construction of the urban planning information system becomes the important mission while the relevant standard of urban planning information system is also researched As regulatory plan is an effective layer of controlling land use and enhancing the managements of urban planning, how to draw up and approve of regulatory plan efficiently and scientifically and manage information for sharing the data are new challenges to drawing up and management of it. However regulatory plan information system (RPIS) is the essential technique support for management of regulatory plan , construction degree of which is crucial for drawing up and management after approving of regulatory plan. It expects that it could provide an ideal for information shared in regulatory plan and applicability of RPIS's construction through researching in information classification and system requirements of regulatory plan. Firstly it studies information of regulatory plan, and analyses the questions of relevant standards about regulatory plan in current state of drawing up and practicing .At the same time it objectively evaluates characters of multi-elemental information and development direction of regulatory plan consulting on the experience of the same level plan in domestic and outdoors. Secondly it gives classification and code of the information of regulatory plan based on characters of it and relevant principle,standard and methods。 Finally it carries on system requirements suits to the current drawing up and management, analysis user requirements,running environment, system structure,main function module and the database composition and so on of RPIS.
