Based on the rationale of Marxist materialistic dialectic, this thesis philosophically probes into the existence and development of the medium in order to reveal the ingrained rules behind, criticizing the status quo of magazines on financial and economics according to global medium philosophy, and discussing prospectively the way out.The thesis is not merely limited to research into the running tactics of magazines on financial and economics, instead, with an eye to the medium as a whole, it probes into the existence of media economically, adopting the philosophical way of thinking. It comes up with two core concepts, "consuming" and "activating", which very well summarize the whole process of reasoning, and which have been made new prospective and tools to evaluate media operating.The thesis consists logically of there parts of discovering, probing and acting, among which the first shows historically the marketization of media in our country, making a comparison between the past and the present, concluding that the medium has been consuming resources consistantly in the past years and that now it is being activated by the market, at the same time proposing an important index to the efficiency of a market or enterprise, that is, whether an comprehensive interaction exists among different groups within the market. The second part undermines the prosperously-developing medium in a philosophical way of thinking, seeking for the cause of marketing bubbles, putting forward that "self-interaction" is the basic motivation to tap the potentials and refrain the bubbles. The third part contains a positivist research based on the above theoretical analysis, summarizing the status quo of magazines on financial and economics, and coming up with the existing problems, meanwhile, it also contains practical operative tactics in the perspective of economics, management and marketing, on the basis of those magazines in their earlier inferior days.
