The Normative Management Based On Personal Software Process

Personal Software Process (PSP) is a process that used to control manage and improve personal work style. PSP is also a complementarity of CMM.This paper has researched the normative management of PSP during the software impoldering. It has important meaning of develop the ability and the development of software house.First of all, this paper research the correlative theoretics of PSP and describe the four steps of PSP. And also, this paper point out that PSP is very important to software development and introduce the development of PSP oversea in theory and practice.Secondly, this paper give three means to put PSP in force in corporation .and then, investigate how to standardize the PSP.Lastly, enormous contribution of PSP is explained with example of Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, at the same time ,based on the example of Human Resource System which the author attach himself to ,this paper indicating the inverse domino offect without the PSP .and then, give prominence to essentiality of standardizing the PSP.This paper investigate how to construct the normative PSP with combining theory with practice , quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis. Do it's best to advise a feasible means of standardize PSP during development of PSP.
