The Design Of Inteligent Measurment And Controlling System Based On Lonworks

The rapid progress of the information technology leads he marvelous change in the automation domain. It also forms the distributed network integration automation system and the inter-linkage communicate network of opening system gradually.In this paper, I try to bring the completed and detailed idea of design of the whole air-conditioning Fieldbus control system's hardware and software.In the following parts, this paper expatiates the three major parts of the LonWorks, namely: the hardware structure, the composing of software and the exploiting tools. The hardware system of LonWorks is mainly composed of the node system and the LON network. The software of LonWorks is made up of LonTalk communication protocol and Neuron C language. LonTalk is used to provide information service and manage the LON network. Neuron C is the developing language of Neuron chip's node, LonBuilder developing system is a complete set of tool which is used to develop the control system based on Lon technology.At last, I expatiate the techniques, principle and control task of measure and controlling system. Then I give the design of the whole project and expatiate the construct of a base control system and the composing of a air-conditioning controller Fieldbus system.The end of this paper dwells on hardware and software design of the measure and controlling system. The software designing include two parts: one part is Neuron C program that is insert inside node in LonWorks network. It is used to finish its function. The other part is PC controlling and configuration software and management software. The user can design variable functionfreedom by using the software. The management software can supply the user the platform daily.
