This article first summarizes the UML and Microsoft .net technology, illustrates how to analyze and develop distributed system. Then it analyzes, modelinges and designes the system such as Graduate Score Management System, it discusses in details the difficulties concerning this system and the solution we took in this project. At last, it advances a method that using XML technology analyses and processes graduate information of heterogeneous data formats.
