Nowadays, electronic commerce has become one of the main forms of commodity transaction, and it is the main mode of national economic growth and the future development directions of information society. In 2010, Chinese e-commerce market amounted to 450 million yuan, which grew 22% compared to last year. Meanwhile, E-government has also become one of the most important ways of people participating politics, public affairs and polls, which improves the efficiency of government office greatly. In the military field, the electronic military affairs are also the main trend of the military informatization inevitably. It is the basis of military information construction, and plays an important role in military history. With the development of the computer network technology, more and more software can support diversity task. It is necessary to take advantage of using the advanced computer science and technology, so as to achieve the informatization of military command, equipment management and daily office. J2EE framework technique is widely used in E-commerce and e-government, so it can also be used in the electronic military affairs. It has broad prospect to develop electronic military affairs system by using the J2EE technology based on the B/S pattern. The main content of this article is as follows:First of all, the actual demands of electronic military affairs are analyzed. Combined with the characteristics and the present situation, the overall technology frame is proposed based on J2EE and the electronic military affairs business platform is designed.Secondly, according to actual situation of automotive soldiers, a military affairs application system, professional training system of officers and soldiers is designed in detail, and some function module are achieved.Finally, the strict security requirements are put forward because of the confidentiality of the military task. Login entry safety is ensured by using J2EE identification authentication. Access control safety is ensured by distribution and control of roles'rights, and the safety of Information transmission is ensured by both physics and software.In brief, this article analyzed the actual demands of electronic military affairs, and developed a relatively integral and safe system framework based on J2EE, and professional training system of officers and soldiers is achieved at last. The result of the application shows that it can achieve efficient and stable application of electronic military affairs by using J2EE technology, which has the great meaning for military information construction.
