As people living standard rise ceaselessly, people paid more and more attention to their own health. In our country, aging population structure intensifies and the regional difference of medical condition's obvious cause the increase of health care requirement, Remote health care system was proposed to offer a good way to solve this contradiction. Remote health care is an emerging research field that involves interdisciplinary. Except the necessary medical diagnostic technique, the field also covers the computer technology, microelectronics technology and wireless communication technology.According to the characteristics of health care system, after a deep research on multi-agent technology, this thesis has proposed a remote health care system structure based on multi-agent. This paper first briefly introduced some related theory of multi-agent, by borrowed ideas from multi-agent successful application in other areas, each physical sensor in this system was designed as different agents. These agents through coordination and cooperation complete the task of physical information collection and process. Considering the physical data is asynchronous as the result of diversity of physiological sensor, for the convenience of later fusion processing, this thesis borrowed ideas from research results of the multi-sensor information fusion area, according to the same and heterogeneous physiological sensors, least-square algorithm and three spline interpolation algorithm was adopt respectively to complete time calibration, and realized the physiological data synchronization.At the end of this thesis, we mainly used JAVA to complete system's realize part, attempted to adopt JADE platform to develop multi-agent system. And we used JAVA and Matlab mix technology to realize time calibration algorithm simulation. Experiment proved the remote health care system based on multi-agent is feasible.In addition, considering the characteristic of remote health care system, this thesis in system realizing phase, we have some exploration on wireless transmission of physiological data by using Zigbee and GPRS.
