The grid provides a kind of ideal computing platforms of large-scale problem solving for scientific research and engineering application. The characteristics of heterogeneous, distribution, dynamic and autonomy, making the resource management full of challenge, so, research on resource management method and technology becomes important topic and direction. Based on data processing for seismic exploration, this paper designed the resource organization mode based on autonomous communities, aiming to build targeted resources organization mode and management model, and improve the efficiency and performance. According to the idiosyncratic differences of different application in resource demand, put forward the sensitive factor ideas, and described the dependence on different resources attributes as sensitivity on the basis of the existing theories and research. It improved the pertinence and expansibility by overcoming lack of resource analysis in traditional method. In view of the requirements of community division and sensitive factor thoughts, designed a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on the basis of application characteristic, to guide community division. It reflects differences in resource demand for each application to select sensitive factor as evaluation index, and shows different contribution to evaluate for each index regarding factor sensitivity as weight coefficient. Experimental results show that different factors sensitivity can correctly reflect the difference of dependence degree on resource attribute for actual application, sensitive factor theory has feasibility. Evaluation method considered the application characteristic comprehensively, data selection and process has strong maneuverability, and the quantitative description result is intuitive and concise. Based on the above analysis, this method can give clear guide for resources hierarchies and provide an efficient way for community construction.
