The traditional cellular network can not meet people's increasing demand for local services.Device-to-Device(D2D)communication has emerged at the historic moment. It can reuse the spectrum resources of the base station to realize direct communication between equipment and equipment with controllable interference and can effectively improve spectrum reuse and increase system capacity,it is also a key part of the next-generation communication technology.Although D2 D communication brings huge gains to the cellular network,it also makes the electromagnetic interference environment in the cellular network more complex, and the interference limit the system gain.how to reduce the interference between D2 D users and cellular users is a problem worth studying.Since UEs are carried by human beings who have social relationships with each other.,it is natural that we think about whether the D2 D resource allocation problem can be solved by utilizing the social relationship of the user.In recent years, the development of social networks has been very rapid. It is a hot topic to improve the performance of D2 D users and cellular users' hybrid networks by using their community properties for D2 D user resource allocation. This paper studies the D2 D resource allocation problem based on the community differentiation. The previous resource allocation method which allocate single-dimension resources to resolve the interference between D2 D users and cellular users is not enough. Therefore, this paper considers a multi-dimensional resource allocation solution to solve the interference problem,a community-based multi-dimensional resource allocation algorithm was proposed. The original problem can be decomposed into two sub-problems: D2 D user matching and cellular user precoding.First, calculate the correlation between the channel of the cellular user and the channel from the base station to the D2 D receiver. Then, according to the channel correlation, find a D2 D user candidate set that resue its resources of the cellular user, and calculate the throughput of the cellular user and the D2 D user using a suitable precoding scheme. In the end,D2 D user pairs that interfere with cellular users are removed based on the restrictions.Traditional D2 D resource allocation strategy based on community aware only allocates D2 D user resources in a single community. As D2 D users and cellular users in one community are difficult to separate in spatial dimensions, this paper applys community-cooperation-based space-frequency resource allocation scheme to optimize the overall system throughput. We have mathematically modeled the problem ofD2D space-frequency resource allocation in multiple communities and solved it,and compared it with the algorithm proposed in this paper. The results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper not only can guarantee the user's intentions but also greatly improve the entire system throughput.
