Exploration well production management has a wide coverage, and real time, production and complex characteristics, management based on business aspects of design, production measures, and other conditions for rapid management. Therefore research scalable, flexible software architecture, a unified platform for exploration and production management techniques, integration of existing data resources are very practical significance.This paper, based on business needs exploration wells and production management software construction requirements, focusing on the overall system design from a software point of view of research and discussion. The general idea is to use software engineering detailed needs analysis, system architecture design, build, service-based multi-tier architecture.
