With the further popularization and deepening of application of network and communication technology education, computer supported cooperative learning (CSCL) has become a hot spot of research at present, which research and application has won extensive concern. Because the ultimate goal of collaborative learning is the learner to complete the study task after obtaining effective results, learning tasks is the core during the whole collaborative learning process. However, the existing cooperative learning system can not automatically generate learning tasks to meet learners' personal learning.Taking this as the background, the paper presentes a generation model of collaborative learning task which bases on learners' personality characteristics, and describes in detail the various important aspects of the generated.First, by introducing CSCL characteristics, elements, appropriate learning content and system model, brief description of fuzzy sets, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and bayesian network, this paper provides a theory basis for analysising learners' characteristics and generating collaborative learning task. Secondly, this paper puts forward adaptive learner model, uses the idea of combining coverage model method and cognitive model method, applicates fuzzy theory, and establishs the learner model under personality of learners, which is knowledge level, cognitive ability, learning style and so on.Thirdly, using a modified greedy algorithm, this paper groups the inputs by learners' personality characteristics provided by learner model, then classifies learning goals, collaborative learning model and learner role that determined by learning unit and degree of coupling of the required role. Use activity diagram to establish the describing document of learning events sequence and combine with Bayesian network technology to generate learning task to meet learners' personality characteristics. Finally, the generation model of collaborative learning task is appied to collaborative interactive environment of Virtual Classroom, so as to validate it can better do collaborative learning and improve their learining efficiency or not.
