With the development of artificial intelligence technologies like machinelearning, data mining, online learning system has more room for improvement onpersonalization and intelligentialization. The existing personalized learning systemsmostly dedicated to obtain user personality of learning interest, so on this basis, moreaccurate study materials are recommended to user, and the user can study by himselfmore well. In fact, effective learning not only requires independence, but also callsfor communication, that includes both self-study and collaborative learning. Thispaper attempts to build a collaborative learning system based on an existingpersonalized learning system, so as to provide user with a more comprehensivelearning support.Research shows that during the self-learning process, learning interest has a greatinfluence, but for collaborative learning, other personalities such as learning level,learning style also have a negligible impact on collaborative learning. Therefore, thispaper attempts to simultaneously select the user’s learning interest and learning levelas user personality, and study user modeling methods deeply. While confronted withthe difficult problem of automatically dividing users into groups for collaborativelearning process, this paper attempts to establish the model of collaborative learninggroup according to key element requirements of collaborative learning, and then usesgenetic simulated annealing algorithm to intelligently divide the users into severalcollaborative learning groups. These explore effective ways and means to build themulti-personality model which includes other characteristics of user and automaticallyachieve reasonable division of collaborative learning groups based onmulti-personality for the further consideration.According to the above objectives, this paper has tried to realize theimplementation of a multi-personality collaborative learning system, which includesthree main features: multi-personality user modeling, dividing students intocollaborative learning groups and achieving collaborative learning process.multi-personality user modeling contains the constrcution of user learning interestmodel of and user learning level model as well; dividing collaborative learning groups is mainly to build the objective function on foundation of the proposed groupmodel, and then using genetic simulated annealing algorithm to automatically realizethe partition of collaborative learning groups; and the collaborative learning processis mainly provided in two ways: discuss learning and cooperative learning. Althoughthe implemented system is not perfect, and the theory techniques in practice still havesome issues to be improved and enhanced, but the main function modules andtechnology implementation has been basically completed. Finally, through thesimulation experiment this paper proves that the research has some validity.
