With the development of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), the hot research on the disaster tolerance recovery is focused on state management and disaster tolerance recovery of the SOA business process. Especially in the environment of the information-based war, the military information system will be confronted with attacks on the key point and the multiple points, so how to maintain the business continuity in the execrable war environment is an important research issue in the field of the disaster tolerance recovery.This paper deeply researches the technologies of the disaster tolerance recovery, analyzes the similarities and differences between the SOA business and the traditional business, summarizes the key factors of the SOA business process's state management and disaster tolerance recovery, and pays more attention on state preservation and refactoring recovery of the SOA business process. The main work is as follows:Aiming at the characteristic of the SOA business process, we have accomplished the modeling of the SOA business process named BP, formed a concept of business process disaster tolerance recovery, advanced a new theory of high reliable business process engine architecture called HRBPE, which establishs the framework foundation of the business process's execution and recovery.Resolving the disadvantage of the mode of business process state management in the runtime, we design a method of state preservation for the process based on a step by step pattern, which uses the associate matrix to record the execution state and uses the transition state table to record the middle result. This method provides the minimum state set for the process recovery.Because the distributed system has the requirement of the SOA business process disaster recovery, we design a method of the process refactoring recovery for the process based on the semantics associated degree, and an arithmetic adapt to the disaster tolerance environment of the process refactoring recovery for the process based on the weighted graph, which guarantees the efficient and transparent recovery.The prototype system is implemented, and under the N+M framework, we verify a fact that the disaster recovery based on state preservation and refactoring recovery supports the SOA business continuity. It also tests and evaluates the process of disaster tolerance recovery in the simulative SOA military business.
