In 1983 the first commercial mobile phone appeared, after twenty years of technological development, function continuously strengthened, increasing performance, the phone is almost essential to people's lives. Getting lower and lower the threshold of mobile phone design, plus the opportunity for the development of 3G networks, some of the domestic mobile phone manufacturers are blossoming visible. If they can not follow the development trend of 3G mobile phones, they will be forced out of the market situation. This makes it increasingly intense competition in the market, major companies must change and innovation to seize market share. Some companies do not have the advantage in technical or scale, turn to do the mobile phone assembly and secondary processing,. And other companies introduced a mobile phone board, PCBA and so on for these customers.The study of this subject is a baseband board design process of EV-DO mobile photo board based on the QSC6085 Platform, which provide a multi-function mobile phone motherboard with some compatible LCD module and keypad board.First based on the analysis of the EV-DO network technology and Qualcomm QSC6085 platform, this paper given the basic hardware system architecture, divided into several functional subsystems modules,and then detailed analysis the circuit design process of each module.It contains the external circuit of the CPU, Memory, Power and charge management circuit, Clock circuit, Audio circuit, the peripheral interface circuit (including USB interfaces, UIM card, TF card, etc.), the FM module, Bluetooth module, Camera interface, The board also comes with the Hall switch, gravity sensors and other new useful features. Then the product reliability, testability and manufacturability of the design are summarized.Of course, the difficulty is also the highlight of this project is that it supports 2.2-inch, 2.4-inch and 2.6-inch horizontal screens interface; supports a full-function keyboard and a normal keyboard with analog TV. These interfaces are used FPC way. The choice of a variety of screens and keyboards, allows customers, assembled into straight, slide and flip, and even rotate models to meet their own needs.In addition this paper recorded the contents and methods of the self-test and debug, and detailed analysis of the poweron timing and clock detection; then cited the problems found during self-test, provide the solution after careful analysis of the failure.The main content of this thesis is the baseband circuit of the single board design, plays an important role throughout the project,as it involves full-featured and many compatible design.
