Facing excessive employees'salary information, traditional cooperation utilizes labor power to deal the salary information which wastes both man power and material. Therefore developing a efficient and easy-to-operate platform could improve the efficiency of the automation of employee salary and benefit system.The new system efficiently realizes different functions of employee salary and benefit system. This system is devided into two modules, including Employee View and Administrator View. Information such as bonus, stoke, pension, employee training and health situation which has close relation with employee personal situation can be checked immediately by the employee user via the system. And the Administrator module can help the administrator user to manage all the accounts in the system. This new system improves the efficiency and competitive power of cooperation, molds the professional model of cooperation, keeps in pace with automation trend, and meets the requirement of modern cooperation management.This program utilizes the B/S developing constructure, and chooses the Jsp language as the basic developing language, use the Jsp & Servlet and html language to realize the display and implementation. Therefore the system inherits all the characteristics of Java, and has great developing potential.
