| The paper is based on the requirement of strengthening the fingerprint system network construction and sharing the fingerprint information. This paper introduces the design and implementation of a national fingerprint system. The system is to realize the three-level fingerprint information resource sharing-the public security system,the provincial system and the local city system. The system aims to resolve the mutual query of the fingerprint identification systems which are widely applied and make the fingerprint resource play important role in cracking the case and crime as it should be.First the paper introduces the development background and the technological basis of the implementation of the system, including the relevant technology for sharing heterogeneous data,software architecture, Database and so on. Next the paper describes the process of system design and analysis, including the general structure of the system, the function design of the public security (center) fingerprints investigation information management system, the public security (provincial) fingerprints investigation platform and the information transmission management system (center and province). Meanwhile the design of the database is also an indispensable part of the whole system. Taking the design theory of database design, this paper introduces the design process of database for the national fingerprint investigation system.Finally this paper introduces the implementation of the national fingerprint transmission system, including its transmission process, its user interface design, packing and decode the transmission file, upload and download the file, simultaneity of the business data, the interface of the fingerprint investigation system and the connection with the public security transmission platform so on. The result of performances proves that the design thought and performance methods are reasonable and practical. And onwards, these are valuable to the exploitation of similar software. |
