The Design And Implementation Of Housing Fund Management Subsystem Under A Cooperative Office Platform

With the rapid development of company in China, the size of employees in a company is also growing rapidly, so that most companies are faced with different pressure on personnel management. Fortunately, with the help of office automation we can optimize the structure of existing management, improve efficiency of office work, increase coordination office capacity, strengthen policy coherence, and finally realize the purpose of improving efficiency of office performance. With the develop and improve of housing fund system in China, especially early in 2009 a new provident fund of the housing system and the joint card system was introduced, the complexity of the housing provident fund management in a company is also increased. This article focuses on how can company adapt to the new system to build a housing fund information management office automation systems.We discuss the development and status of our housing fund system and its manage system,coordination office research status and Lotus Domino/Notes development process, to prepare for designing a new house provident fund system. Combined with the document database technology, Ajax technology, integrated SAP technology and Web Service technology ,the total scheme of the system is determined ,then we design subsystem under the coordination platform. The system is based on Lotus Domino platform, with B/S architecture, and follow MVC design pattern, make the system's display, business logic, and data separately, in data layer we use the Domino document databases. Four main function modules and other modules are designed, basic information for staff management, provident fund withdrawal application management, application management joint card, the joint declaration card management and system configuration management, and several other key functions, also including the query, mail and SMS notification system.In addition, the system is also designed to integrate with SAP systems and BI systems.We detailed analysis the demand for housing provident fund subsystem under the cooperative office platform, and make system level design for each sub-module, including main technical programs, overall system framework design, as well as the introduction of related technology; then we describes the detailed design, including the detailed functional design, database design and the detailed design of each module. We described the concrete realization of the each functional module and show achieve results, the system is also tested and analyzed.
