Therefore, an on-line drug purchasing platform by public bidding with high stability, robustness, flexibility will be the best choice of the regional government's tender organization.Firstly, this thesis takes an in-depth study of the development process of MVC design pattern, then compares the different MVC-based frameworks and takes focus on the new Microsoft's ASP.NET MVC Framework. The new Microsoft's ASP.NET MVC Framework, by means of contrast to traditional MVC Framework, has great advantages and disadvantages. The new MVC Framework sets the view layer and the logical layer to be completely separated, and use the controller layer to communicate the view layer and the logical layer, this method may greatly enhance the program development efficiency, reduce the coupling among the three layers, shorten the program development cycle and maintenance cost, and also increase the adaptability of the program. Meanwhile through making using of the linq-to-sql technology to access the database, the program becomes more simple and convenient.This thesis discusses the structure of ASP.NET MVC Framework as well as the implementation strategies of each layer based on the specific design of on-line drug purchasing platform by public bidding, and through the overall analysis and design of the on-line drug purchasing platform by public bidding. This thesis takes quote module and bidding evaluation module as the example, discussed detailedly on the implementation process of the view layer, control layer, model layer, and data persistence layer. Proposes the advantages and skills of programming in ASP.NET MVC framework based on the .NET 3.5 platform.The end paragraph of the thesis shows that the ASP.NET MVC framework can improve efficience obviously, and program of this type based on .NET 3.5 platform can have very good extendibility, maintainable and so on.
